I am an advocate for individual and group development within a sanctuary of support.

As a doctor in Depth Psychology, I conducted research into covert aggression and the abuse of power by women in the workplace. I presented my research findings at the 14th International Association on Workplace Bullying + Harassment Conference and the 2024 Niagra Conference on Workplace Mobbing.

I am also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP™) supporting individuals who have experienced adverse life events (e.g., at work, home, relationships, friendships, and childhood) that overwhelmed their nervous system and where there was an absence of compassionate support. In addition, I am a holistic counselor (SIAF) and a board-certified holistic health counselor (AADP).

I studied and worked with Interpersonal Neurobiology (Bonnie Badenoch, MA, LMFT), Attachment Theory and Trauma Resolution (Diane Poole Heller, Ph.D.), Family Constellations and Systemic Constellations (Bert Helliger, MA, Dipl Psych), and other schools of body-oriented psychotherapy. In addition to my studies, I have spent many hours with my own therapist to ensure that I have personal experience and can support individuals in their processes.

I have 25+ years of experience working in corporate USA, including consumer and market research, management, sales, operations, CRM, and marketing, and a BA in business studies.
